Can I apply EM Cosmetics promotions or loyalty points to my Buy with Prime order?

Orders made with Buy with Prime are not eligible for any EM Cosmetics promotions or loyalty program.

Who fulfills and ships my order?

Amazon fulfillment center.

How do I Buy with Prime?

Select the Buy with Prime button on any participating product page and login to your Amazon Prime account.

How do I make a Buy with Prime return?

Step One: Start a return for a Buy with Prime order with the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order. 

Step Two: In that email, you can click “view order” and then “return” on the next screen. 

Step Three: You will receive a free return labels for carrier drop off and email notifications when your returns are processed.

What if not all the items I want to purchase are available through Buy with Prime?

Items that do not include a Buy with Prime button on the product page can be purchased through our regular checkout portal and will be fulfilled by EM.

What is the difference between Buy with Prime and Amazon Pay?

Buy with Prime is located directly on the product page and requires an Amazon Prime membership to checkout. These orders will be fulfilled by Amazon. Returns are initiated through the Buy with Prime returns system (see above).

Amazon Pay is located at the checkout window and does not require an Amazon Prime membership. This is an express checkout option similar to Paypal or Apple Pay. These orders will be fulfilled by EM.
