Domestic:

For US Customers, please visit our portal within 30 days of your purchase date, if you have received a defective or damaged item. You will be asked to upload an image of the issue in order to approve your refund or replacement request but will not be required to return the item(s).

International:

If you have received a damaged or defective item as an International customer, please reach out to our Support Team with the following information:

(1) A photo (or video, if applicable) of the issue you are experiencing 
(2) Your preference of a refund or replacement of the defective item(s)
(3) Your shipping address
