Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered at checkout within 24-48 hours. After your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with be sent that will include tracking information to check the status of your order (usually within 2-3 business days).
It’s totally normal for your tracking to go a few days without an update. Tracking will only update once your package gets to certain checkpoints. If it's been 12 business days and your tracking still hasn't updated, please let us know!
Under "My Account" you can see all your recent purchases and their fulfillment status. If your order has been "fulfilled" and therefore shipped from our warehouse, click on the order to find a tracking link and order information.
