Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

All EM customers are automatically opted into our Loyalty program and are able to earn points, enter tiers, and redeem rewards. This means that if you placed an order using the same email associated with your new account, you have already accrued points for all your purchases made in 2022! Once you’ve signed up, you can view your total point breakdown on the Rewards History button on the Rewards page above.

Do points ever expire?

Points will expire after 1 year of inactivity. If you are interacting within The Magic Universe, your points will not expire!

How long does my rewards status last?

Once you are in Cloud Kingdom, Star Kingdom, Moon Kingdom, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. You can move up a tier at any time if you have reached the purchase requirement for that tier. If you have not continued to meet the purchase requirement 1 year after you’ve moved up, you will be moved down.

How can I check my points balance?

Once logged in, you can check your point balance on the Rewards page above by clicking on the “Rewards Breakdown” button.

Will I lose the points I earned from my purchase once I return my products?

Yes, the Rewards points you earned on your purchased item will be deducted once we receive your return.
