Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:

• Item(s) not available
• Difficulty in processing payment information
• Cannot ship to address provided
• Duplicate order was placed

EM Cosmetics will accept cancellation and change requests but due to our varying processing times, these changes are not guaranteed. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible with all of the details of your request and we will do our best to accommodate.
