US Customers: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase date, no exceptions.
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of the return processing fee of $5.99.
- We only allow one exchange per product (i.e. you will not be able to exchange a previously exchanged item)
- All exchange items must be of equal value to the item originally purchased
- We do not allow returns on previously exchanged items
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
- Items denoted as "Last Chance" "Final Sale" "Sets" or "Bundles" are not eligible for return
- We cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by EM Cosmetics
- If additional items are returned that were not listed on your return packing slip, a refund or exchange will not be issued.
- Please note that although we have tried to represent our shades as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.
- Once a return label is processed, we have a return/exchange window of 21 days. If we do not receive your package to our warehouse within 21 days of issuing your prepaid shipping label, your return/exchange will be cancelled.
- For returns, your refund will go into processing once your return is delivered to our warehouse. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be posted back to your original form of payment.
- For exchanges, your exchange order will go into processing once your return is delivered to our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, and an additional 2-12 business days for delivery. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed with tracking information.
Cancel/Change your Return/Exchange:
To change your requested return, you must cancel and re-submit. Simply navigate back to the portal and enter your order information to select the option to cancel your return. If you have already shipped back your products, you will not have this option.
Defective or Damaged Items
All US Customers must request a return (refund) or exchange (replacement) for their defective item(s) on our portal within 30 days of your purchase date. You will be asked to upload an image of the product in order to approve your refund or replacement request - however you will not be asked to return your defective item(s) to us!
